Get the Scoop: What is Goatlato?

Haleakala Creamery’s Goatlato is a rich and creamy ice cream made with fresh goat’s milk from our farm. We combine simple, local ingredients with our goat’s milk to create a smooth, light, and flavor-packed scoop. It’s texture is similar to a gelato because we do not use any cream, which also makes our Goatlato naturally low in fat.

We currently offer five flavors, conveniently packaged in a 16 oz Pint.

Vanilla · Caramel · Maui Coffee · Mint · Chocolate

You can find our Goatlato in select stores throughout Hawaii, and at Maui’s Upcountry Farmers Market in Kula on Saturday mornings.
